As the regional lead, you will partner with the global head of the department and act as a trusted advisor to senior portfolio managers and traders, helping shape the regional mandate and drive operational resilience.

In this role, you will lead regional coordination and support for our global business continuity risk management program, ensuring robust continuity strategies that align with EU/UK regulatory requirements. You’ll represent continuity practices to local IMG leaders and governance forums, while also contributing to global initiatives in access management and market data vendor oversight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive continuous improvement of business continuity practices across IMG desks and leadership.
  • Conduct advanced risk assessments, analyze testing results, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global continuity and investment access risk policies.
  • Develop metrics and reporting routines to communicate risk status effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial markets to inform continuity and risk management processes.
  • Support targeted reviews, controls assurance, and external monitoring programs.
  • Contribute to market data vendor management needs periodically.

If you are passionate about building resilient systems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a meaningful impact on global investment operations, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us strengthen our foundation for the future.

As a champion of equal opportunity employment we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons – men and women, people of all ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions and beliefs. We particularly encourage applications from women, disabled, and Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates as these groups are underrepresented throughout the financial services industry.
