The Role and Candidate

As part of our expanding Logistics EU operations, we are seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse and store locations. Acting as the main point of contact between logistics, 3PL warehouses, stores, and key accounts, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient stock movement, data accuracy, and smooth operational flow across the business.

You will manage daily inventory tracking, support stock investigations, uphold best-practice inventory control procedures, and provide essential visibility through reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels on a daily basis across all warehouse and system locations.
  • Participate in regular stock counts with warehouse managers and investigate discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate alignment between all inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and act as the primary logistics contact for all retail stores.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels by working closely with internal teams, 3PL partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices across warehouses and retail stores.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present inventory reports to senior management.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with inventory-related processes and standards.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or qualification in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar logistics roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as ERP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and multi-site operations is advantageous.
