Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated stock administrator to help with day to day activities in managing our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy. This role is an onsite role with flexibility to working hours. The successful candidate has strong organisational abilities capable of working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks alongside our warehouse operations. Your main duties will be,
- Data input into multiple systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Update records so they are accurate and up to date
- Efficiently and professionally deal with telephone & email inquiries
- Tracking and chasing shipments
- Managing and processing incoming post
- Processing stock counts and related data entry
- Support warehouse team with ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must be based in Sidcup or surrounding areas
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation, be disciplined in your work and have a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve
- Strong attendance, performance and adherence to policies are essential for this role
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and IT programs. Previous experience with SAP & SalesForce experience is a plus.
