Location: Enfield, Southgate
Salary Range: £90 - £105 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Long-term, Full-time
Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs ?

GSL Education are proud to partner with a fantastic school in Enfield, Southgate , seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one and small group support in a specialist provision class. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who have a range of SEN and behavioural needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities of the SEN TA:

* Provide 1:1 and group support to students with a range of SEN needs .
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities to help students thrive.
* Work alongside teachers and SEN specialists to implement effective behaviour management strategies .
* Foster independence and confidence in students, supporting their academic and social development.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements of the SEN TA:

* Previous experience in SEN or behavioural support .
* Ability to provide high-level 1:1 support for students with diverse needs.
* A resilient, proactive, and patient approach .
* Strong communication and teamwork skills .
* Passion for making a positive impact on children's educational journeys.
* A current CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
