Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

As an AI Acceleration Program Manager at Sweep, you'll play a critical role in our AI transformation journey. • Be a business partner: build strong relationships with Business Leads & AI Champions to understand their automation needs and challenges

  • Support change management activities for AI tool rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and user buy-in

  • Monitor AI industry trends and emerging use cases; bring that innovation inspiration to business teams

  • Support the AI Champions network with training materials and communication

Program Support & Coordination

  • Facilitate (cross-)functional workshops to identify high-impact automation opportunities across Growth, Marketing, HR, Finance and Product teams

  • Assist decision-making on custom agent & automation development requests, balancing business value against technical capacity

  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on AI tool effectiveness; translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Organize hands-on training sessions for our AI literacy programs

  • Create documentation, best practice guides and training materials

Execution & Tracking

  • Help manage the AI initiative pipeline: track program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project communication channels

  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics, project progress and ROI of AI projects

  • Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout build cycles

That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?

Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:

Qualifications  🏆

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field

  • Understanding of agentic AI, automation workflows, or similar emerging technologies (hands-on experience is a strong plus)

  • Proficiency in English, French is a plus

Qualities  🧠

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and autonomous

  • Strong relationship building: Natural connector who builds trust easily and is able to “talk business and tech language”, ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders

  • Problem-Solving: analytical thinking and creative solution finding, able to go the extra mile when roadblocks are hit

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborator at heart

  • Passionate about working with data to drive impact

  • Committed to our mission of creating a better future for all of us
