Events Coordinator - Monday - Friday - Part Time - London

Location: London Bridge, E14 5RB

Rate of Pay: £31,941 per annum

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, event overtime on weekends paid 1.5 but very rarely will you need to work a weekend event

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process.
• On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and areas for improvement.
