Senior Quantity Surveyor – Aviation Projects (London Airports)
Up to £70,000 per annum + benefits
Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 1 day in London office, 1 day from home
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major aviation projects across London’s airports. This is a great opportunity to be involved in complex, large-scale programmes including new terminals, terminal upgrades, and significant M&E schemes.
The Role:
Provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services across multiple aviation projects
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Administer contracts and manage change, with a focus on NEC and JCT forms
Lead on cost management, value engineering, and commercial reporting
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure financial control and successful delivery
About You:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level within aviation, infrastructure, or complex building projects (aviation experience desirable but not essential)
Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
Skilled in cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within live operational environments
