NHS - Lead Pharmacist

- Deliver clinical pharmacy services to inpatient wards focusing on medicines optimisation and patient reviews.
- Provide ward-based support for Care of the Elderly and other clinical areas.
- Manage and support pharmacy staff including rota planning and operational oversight.
- Deputise for the Head of Department when required ensuring continuity and quality of service.
- Contribute to dispensary management and the medicines supply chain maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to uphold high standards of care across the unit. Essential Requirement:
- Must be available throughout December 2025 and January 2026 to ensure continuity of service during critical periods. Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- GPHC Registration essential.
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting required.
