Conference Producer
Are you ambitious, commercially minded, and passionate about business and research? Are you looking for a fast-paced, high-impact career that blends strategy, creativity, and international exposure? If so, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for a driven individual to join our growing Production team. Whether you’re an experienced Conference Producer or a commercially aware graduate ready to launch your career, this role offers the chance to make your mark in one of our fastest-growing sectors: Construction and Engineering.
What is Conference Production?
Conference production sits at the heart of our business. As a Producer, you’ll be responsible for identifying the key challenges and trends facing your industry (market research), creating compelling agendas, and recruiting top-level speakers. You'll combine deep research with stakeholder engagement to design conferences that inform, inspire, and drive change.
What You'll Do
From day one, you’ll be conducting high-level research with industry leaders, building valuable international relationships, and designing new conference agendas. You'll take ownership of your projects and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure commercial success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting phone-based research to identify the most pressing industry challenges
- Designing innovative and commercially viable conference agendas
- Recruiting and influencing senior-level speakers from across the globe
- Briefing internal teams to support event marketing, delegate acquisition, and sponsorship sales
- Managing timelines and coordinating project delivery across departments
- Attending and running your conferences internationally, with full ownership of the onsite experience
Why Join Us?
Six years ago, we launched our Construction & Engineering portfolio. Today, it's one of the fastest-growing divisions in our company, attracting thousands of attendees each year. You'll play a key role in its continued growth, gaining hands-on experience from your first week and developing your own specialist niche within your first year.
This is the ideal role for a confident, intelligent, and ambitious graduate or early-career professional looking to rapidly advance in a dynamic, international business environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A curious, analytical mind and a genuine passion for learning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a results-driven mindset
- Tenacity, motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions
- Willingness to travel internationally and embrace new challenges
- Pervious production experience is desired but not essential
What You'll Get:
- A fast-track career path with ongoing training and development
- International travel to lead events around the world
- A dynamic, supportive team environment with a strong company culture
- Real autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact
- Clear progression routes and performance-based incentives
