We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Account Director to lead our prestigious Citi Group Cleaning Portfolio across London and the South East. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for client relationships, service excellence, commercial performance and account growth.

The Opportunity
This role is all about strategic account leadership.

You will act as Kingdom's senior representative across the Citi Group contract portfolio, developing trusted client partnerships, driving commercial performance and ensuring best-in-class service delivery through your operational leadership team.

The successful candidate will be highly customer-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about developing people, improving performance and creating long-term customer value.

What You'll Be Doing
As Account Director, you will:

* Lead the overall account strategy across multiple Citi Group contracts.

* Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as Kingdom's primary brand ambassador.

* Ensure outstanding service delivery across all sites through robust operational structures and controls.

* Monitor performance through management information, reporting and service reviews.

* Drive account retention, contract development and strategic growth opportunities.

* Lead commercial reviews, budget management and financial planning activities.

* Support compliance with all relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and Kingdom processes.

* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing management team.

* Promote colleague engagement, wellbeing, recognition and succession planning.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the account portfolio.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior account management, contract management or service leadership role.

* Proven experience managing large customer accounts and multiple service contracts.

* Demonstrable success in leading operational teams and delivering measurable business results.

* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between locations.

* Ability to pass pre-employment screening including employment checks, references, credit check and right-to-work verification.
