Early Years Teaching Assistant
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term, with potential to become permanent An excellent primary school in Islington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their development in a nurturing school environment. The Role: * Working within the Early Years (Nursery/Reception) team to support teaching and learning. * Assisting with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support. * Helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young learners. * Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development. * Collaborating with teachers and staff to deliver a high standard of education and care. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years recent experience in an Early Years setting (Nursery/Reception). * Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. * A positive, proactive, and patient approach. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
