Midday Meal Supervisor - Inclusive Primary School...
Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm, Monday–Friday (Term Time Only)
Salary: £14–£15 per hour
A warm and vibrant primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a caring, dependable and enthusiastic Midday Meal Supervisor who can bring energy and a nurturing presence to our busy lunchtime period. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing the dining hall with a calm, structured and friendly approach
Encouraging positive table manners and healthy eating habits
Supporting children who may need help with routines, confidence or social interaction
Leading informal games outside to build teamwork, creativity and safe play
Applying the school’s behaviour expectations with fairness and clarity
Providing comfort, reassurance and gentle guidance when needed
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys forming warm relationships with children and contributing to a caring school family.
