Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Legal Product Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be ensuring our product aligns with legal standards, industry regulations, and client needs.
You'll be part of a collaborative team where, day to day, you'll dive into our configuration tools that help build out content for our clients. You’ll also have regular client chats, gathering feedback on the types of content they expect to see within Smokeball, which includes automation and precedent forms. Key Responsibilities
Create, automate and maintain legal forms and precedents.
Assess and prioritise new requests considering alignment with UK legal processes
Use internal tools to create and update existing database design tables to facilitate new matter type requests and required updates
Feedback calls with clients and assist with queries in our CRM systems, focusing on specific practice area requirements.
Become a pro at offering subject matter expert assistance to Smokeball UK.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers, providing legal expertise and translate legal processes into product features.
Gather feedback from clients to understand their legal pain points and suggest legal product improvements to address their needs.
Educate internal teams and clients on how to use our product within legal frameworks and providing updates on changes in legal standards.
Research and monitor legislative changes to Duties, Rates and Fees to ensure layouts within Smokeball product automation and matter types are kept up to date.
What we are looking for:
You will have 1- 2 years of experience in the legal industry
You have an understanding of immigration, family law, conveyancing, personal injury law and commercial law
Enjoy collaborating with multiple teams
Someone who's passionate about learning and asking the right questions, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
