Managing Director
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a growth strategy aligned with premium positioning in packaging
- Commercial Growth: Expand market share through new business development, strategic partnerships, and enhanced client relationships.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Oversee pricing strategies and margin optimization to achieve profitability targets.
- Innovation & Product Development: Champion innovation in premium primary packaging solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
- Financial Performance: Deliver financial objectives: turnover of £20M and EBITDA of 20%, Turnover growth to £20M within agreed timeframe.
- EBITDA margin of 20%.
- Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Operational efficiency improvements (cost, lead time, quality). Proven track record of scaling a business to significant growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with financial literacy with experience in EBITDA-focused strategies
- Expertise in operational improvement and change management.
