Salary : £30,000 FTE
Job Type : Permanent, full-time (we're also considering part-time applicants)
Working Hours : Monday - Friday 37,5h/w

The Role:
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our People team, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for candidates and employees alike. From contracts and onboarding to payroll inputs and wellbeing events, you’ll have a hand in it all.
But this isn’t just HR - it’s HR with purpose. Every detail you manage helps power a company committed to sustainability and the circular economy. You’ll play a key role in supporting the people who make a real difference for the environment every day.
Responsibilities:
- HR administration : Contracts, letters, references, right-to-work checks, GDPR compliance, employee file management
- Recruitment Support : Adverts, interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding packs
- Payroll & Benefits : Payroll inputs, managing starters/leavers and liaise with Finance. Benefits administration and management
- Learning & Development : Organise learning logistics, bookings, materials, attendance, feedback collation
- Well-being : Maintain a positive work environment, organise events and DEI initiatives
- Maintain HRIS & trackers : ER, Talent Acquisition, policies, reviews and produce standard reports and meeting packs.
About you:
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)—whether you’re qualified, currently studying, or planning to start
- Previous HR admin experience (in-house or shared service)
- Meticulous attention to detail and confident with MS Office and HR systems
- Organised, service-oriented, and excellent at managing time
