The Evolve Group is looking for an organised and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our busy Finance and Payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll experience who is looking to develop their career and take on a varied role within a fast-paced, friendly environment.
The Role
Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will support the smooth and accurate processing of weekly payroll and associated administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing weekly payroll
- Managing and resolving payroll queries
- Liaising regularly with clients and internal colleagues
- Reconciling and submitting weekly charges
- Checking and attaching timesheets
- Meeting internal and external deadlines
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance and Payroll team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar payroll or finance administration role (minimum 1 year)
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Confident working to multiple deadlines
- A quick learner who is keen to develop new skills
- Professional and confident on the telephone
- An excellent communicator who can build strong client relationships
- Highly competent in Excel

- Permanent, full-time position
