Location: Remote (with very occasional and expensed travel to London, Sheffield, and Birmingham)
Contract: 12-month FTC

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us and partner with a leading banking client on high-impact transformation programmes. This is your chance to shape operational and technology solutions across the entire client lifecycle in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
You’ll work at the heart of change - defining requirements, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless client journeys. If you thrive in complex environments and have a passion for delivering compliant, efficient solutions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and refine business requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories and manage product backlogs in Agile frameworks.
Analyse current-state processes and design future-state models for onboarding, KYC reviews, and trigger event responses.
Map and enhance customer journeys across CLM platforms.
Collaborate with development, architecture, and testing teams to deliver solutions that meet strategic and regulatory needs.
Support UAT and maintain clear communication across business units and vendors.
What We’re Looking For
Proven BA experience in Tier 1 banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes and regulations (MiFID II, KYC/AML).
Expertise in BA tools and techniques (process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Agile delivery experience and familiarity with CLM platforms, workflow, or CRM systems.
Exceptional communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
