Overview

The Operations Control Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes within the UK insurance market. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, mitigates risks, and drives efficiency in workflows to support business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

How you'll make an impact

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate operational risks.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational challenges and mentor junior team members.
About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations within the UK insurance market.
  • Strong understanding of UK insurance regulations and operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualifications are preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication and leadership skills.
