An English Teacher is needed at a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South London.

This English Teacher role will be full time and permanent.

You will need to teach LAPs and SEN students in line with Lexia, Hackney Literature and Phonics if appointed for this English Teacher post.

The rates of pay for this English Teacher position will be between £170 and £320 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School & Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton.

It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff.

90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.

The site has its own dedicated SEN Support Centre and a variety of sports facilities.

Ofsted have noted there is positive culture of learning and a strong sense of community.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you're a recently qualified English Teacher or experienced English Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained English Teacher or overseas trained English Teacher.

• Clear and up to date DBS
