About the Role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A professional with deep expertise in finance technology, ERP systems, and AI-enabled solutions to join our client's growing finance function during an exciting period of growth and change.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who combines strong FP&A skills with a passion for leveraging modern technology to transform financial reporting, planning, and decision-making processes.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in integrating legacy data into a new ERP platform, improving forecasting and planning capabilities, and embedding technology-driven solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the integration of historical and legacy data into the new ERP platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business continuity.
* Partner with IT, data teams, and wider finance stakeholders to design and implement modern finance technology solutions across FP&A, financial reporting, and long-term planning.
* Develop automated reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC, or equivalent) to deliver real-time business insights to senior leadership.
* Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making.
* Own and enhance the financial planning calendar, ensuring robust monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
* Partner with senior stakeholders (CFO, Commercial, Operations) to deliver actionable insights that shape business strategy.
* Lead and mentor FP&A team members, embedding a data-driven culture across finance.
* Continuously review and re-engineer FP&A processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and best practice.

Key Requirements

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with extensive FP&A and/or Commercial Finance experience.
* Strong expertise in finance technology, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and experience with data integration/migration projects.
* Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement within FP&A or commercial finance.
* Experience leveraging AI / advanced analytics / automation within finance processes.
* Strong technical skills in data visualisation and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan or similar).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
