Salary – £38000 – £42899.59

We are seeking an experinced, qualified and passionate Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join an amazing Team to educate and inspire the next generation of electricians.

Role Responsibilties

• Plan and deliver engaging Electrical courses using a mix of teaching methods and digital tools.

• Choose suitable approaches to learning that reflect the goals of each session and the individual needs of learners.

• Communicate clearly with students and offer support that meets their academic and personal development needs.

• Encourage active participation through lessons, discussions, and practical tasks that promote understanding.

• Ensure lessons are well structured so that all key learning aims are achieved effectively.

• Maintain up-to-date and relevant course materials and learning resources.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation

• Assessor award or Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)

• Valid Gold ECS Card

• Proven experience delivering Electrical Installation training or teaching
