Requesting help to prepare daily meals for a senior
I’m looking for a reliable caregiver to assist with preparing healthy, balanced meals for my elderly parent. The role involves planning weekly menus, grocery shopping, batch cooking, and reheating meals as needed. Preference for meals that are easy to digest, low-sodium, and tailored to any dietary restrictions (diabetes-friendly, gluten-free, etc.). Must be patient, respectful, and able to follow a care plan. Occasional light kitchen tidying and cleaning after meals would be appreciated. Location is in [City], Royaume-Uni. Must be DBS-checked or willing to undergo checks. Flexible hours, with regular daily cooking sessions of about 1–2 hours per day.
