Retentions Advisor - Head Office

Stratford, Greater London

As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:

  • Understanding reasons for cancellation
  • Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers
  • Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
  • Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction

    2+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
  • Experience in retentions (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and target driven mind
  • Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
