Client : Independent Construction Consultancy
You will take full responsibility for leading major projects and client accounts, overseeing the performance and delivery of a dedicated QS team, and contributing to the broader business plan. The role is both strategic and hands-on - ideal for a Director seeking greater visibility, ownership, and long-term potential within a consultancy poised for its next stage of growth. The Individual:
- A proven Quantity Surveyor at Director or Senior Associate level within a leading consultancy.
- Strong technical foundation across commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes .
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of cultivating client relationships and driving business growth.
- Leadership presence, commercial acumen, and a genuine interest in helping shape a growing practice.
