Attendance Officer – High-Performing Secondary School – Enfield (North London)

We are seeking a highly organised Attendance Officer to join a high-performing secondary school in Enfield. This is a key role supporting student engagement and attendance.

The successful candidate will monitor attendance, analyse data and work with pastoral teams to improve attendance outcomes. You will liaise with parents and support students in maintaining consistent attendance.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
