Corporate Tax Director - Advisory & Compliance
Location: London (Hybrid)

A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a top-performing Corporate Tax Director into its high-growth Advisory & Compliance team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely impactful role, working with a premium portfolio of UK and multinational clients on complex, high-value engagements. The position offers a strong blend of advisory and compliance, with immediate exposure to market-leading work including BEPS Pillar 2 and large-scale tax transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as client-facing advisor across key accounts, leading delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements, including annual reporting cycles
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within fast-growth sectors, while supporting proposals, pitches and broader business development activity
• Work closely with wider tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions, including BEPS Pillar 2 and tax transformation projects
• Oversee engagement quality, risk and financials, while coaching and developing junior team members

Requirements:

• Strong corporate tax experience across compliance and advisory
• Good understanding of tax accounting under IFRS and UK GAAP (US GAAP desirable)
• Proven track record in winning and delivering work
• Commercially minded with strong business development capability
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• ACA / CA / CTA (or equivalent) qualified
