Jobs In. Fitness
London

Are you a wellbeing enthusiast who loves interacting with people, or are you starting your journey within the health and wellness space ? Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming, elevated and positive guest experience?

We are hiring x2 full-time Concierge Team Members with a Food & Beverage focus for a new luxury wellness concept launching in Sloane Square . This is an exciting opportunity to join a pre-launch team helping to shape a next-generation destination focused on health, recovery, fitness and holistic wellbeing.

The Company:

A new luxury wellness destination is launching in Sloane Square, designed to integrate fitness, recovery, therapy and holistic wellbeing within an intentionally curated environment.

Every detail of the experience has been thoughtfully considered — from service and communication to the physical space itself — to create a welcoming, restorative and elevated guest journey.

This is a pre-launch concept with ambitious plans for growth, offering a unique opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience from day one.

The Role:

As a Concierge Team Member with a Food & Beverage focus, you will be one of the first points of contact for all guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional, consistent and welcoming experience.

Alongside providing a high level of customer service, you will support the day-to-day Food & Beverage offering, serving shakes, soups, baked goods and other refreshments during studio hours.

You will also work closely with the Kitchen Manager to support F&B ordering, health & safety compliance and waste management, helping to ensure the studio runs smoothly and maintains the brand’s premium standards at all times.

● Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum

● Full-time: 40 hours per week

● Start date: Monday, 23rd November 2026

● Weekend availability required

● Location: Sloane Square

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide a warm, welcoming and professional first impression.

  • Welcome guests and support them throughout their visit.

  • Serve Food & Beverage offerings including shakes, soups, baked goods and other refreshments during studio hours.

  • Support guests with bookings, class information, studio policies and general navigation of services.

  • Manage guest enquiries and provide accurate information across relevant communication channels.

  • Liaise with the wider team to resolve guest requests efficiently.

  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager on F&B ordering and stock requirements.

  • Support health & safety compliance across the F&B offering.

  • Assist with waste management and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment at all times.

  • Support opening and closing procedures.

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across the studio as required.

  • Help maintain the elevated service standards and overall guest experience of the brand.

The Person:

The ideal candidate is warm, approachable and naturally people-focused, with a genuine passion for service and wellbeing.

They will likely demonstrate:

  • A strong interest in health, fitness, wellness and lifestyle experiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, wellness or a similar environment.

  • F&B experience is preferred but not essential.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • A naturally service-led attitude with a desire to create exceptional guest experiences.

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

  • Strong standards around cleanliness, organisation and presentation.

  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends.

  • Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.

Why Join?
  • Be part of a luxury wellness concept at pre-launch stage.

  • Help shape the guest experience, culture and service standards from day one.

  • Work in a beautifully designed, high-end wellness environment.

  • Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding concept in the wellness space.

  • Be part of a team focused on wellbeing, connection and elevated service.

  • Play a key role in helping establish the F&B offering and wider guest experience.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage of a growing concept and play a meaningful role in shaping its future.
