Scrum Master / Delivery Manager

We're seeking someone to join our Data Masking and Database Inventory team as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager in Cyber to drive and coordinate timely and effective delivery of product features across multiple Data Protection products, fostering an innovative, collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement in-line with business needs. What you'll do in the role:

• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of product features.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize and manage the product portfolio to maximize business impact.
• Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
• Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in using Jira and SDLC tooling
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software development processes.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
