Audit & Accounts Senior - East London - £55,000+
I'm working with a rapidly growing Top 20 branded firm based in East London, who are on the lookout for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their team. This role offers a true 50/50 split of audit and accounts work across a broad portfolio of OMBs and SMEs - sector agnostic - with occasional exposure to larger, more complex clients.
Despite the Top 20 name, the culture is anything but corporate. It's a relaxed, sociable, and genuinely supportive team environment - no red tape, no clock-watching.
Key highlights:
£55,000+ for newly qualifieds (ACA/ACCA), with flexibility for strong finalists
Genuine 50/50 audit and accounts mix
Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 from home
Clear progression route to Assistant Manager and Manager
Supportive team and strong internal training
Realistic work-life balance - late nights are rare
