Sample Coordinator - Global Fashion & Lifestyle Brand
Fashion Personnel is looking for a highly organised, detail-orientated Sample Coordinator to join a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand in London on a 12-month FTC.
As a key role in the head office, the Sample Coordinator will manage the flow of samples across the department, ensuring everything is tracked, delivered, and presented to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced position at the heart of the business, supporting teams across PR, marketing, e-commerce, merch and buying.

Key Responsibilities of the Sample Coordinator:
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of product samples across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate sample tracking systems (inbound and outbound)
- Liaise with internal teams, including PR, marketing, merchandising, and creative
- Prepare samples for photoshoots, press requests, and events
- Ensure samples are returned, logged, and maintained in excellent condition
- Organise and maintain the sample room to a high standard
- Coordinate shipments domestically and internationally
- Support seasonal stock takes and reporting
What Fashion Personnel is looking for:
- Experience in a similar coordination, logistics, or fashion-related role
- Proficient with Excel
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in fashion and lifestyle brands is a plus
