Part Time Nanny

We are looking for a new nanny to join our family to help care for our 3 boys aged 4, 3 and 2 in Holland Park.

They are all happy, smart, active, kind boys who generally spend their weekends and holidays in the countryside or abroad and love playing outside. Our eldest son is in reception and loves reading, experiments, playing with his brothers and friends and asking millions of questions. Our 3 year old is very sociable and funny and likes to entertain and is digger obsessed. He attends nursery every morning 0900-1230. Our youngest son is 2, sweet, cuddly, and very keen to keep up with his brothers. He loves singing and dancing and playing with his kitchen. He will start nursery after Easter. All the boys have great appetites and no dietary requirements. We also have a 5 year old labrador who is at the heart of our family and incredible with the children.

As a family, we are warm and welcoming and value kindness, emotional maturity, teamwork and positivity. We are looking for an experienced, kind, warm, energetic nanny who is proactive and will enjoy the variety of activities and skills required to care for and help develop the learning and interests of 3 children all at different stages and with different personalities.

Both parents are hands on with the children and almost always do drop offs at school and nursery and bathtime. Dad often works abroad. Mum works part time 2-3 days a week. We are looking for a nanny who can work afternoons, 3 or 4 days a week. You would do some nursery and school pick ups, take one or more of the children to a class or a playdate as well as organising fun outings, games and activities for all 3 children. You would prep some of the children’s meals and carry out normal nursery duties such as keeping play areas clean and tidy.

We are lucky to live in a lovely house with a large very light kitchen/living room which opens straight onto a leafy garden and then a beautiful communal garden, providing a brilliant space for the boys to play outside. The ideal candidate would be open to travelling with us to the countryside to help in school holidays as well as potentially travel abroad with us a few times a year. This is not essential but someone with flexibility would be preferred. We are generally away for most of the summer so we offer lots of time off when we are away as a family. We also have a wonderful full time housekeeper who has been with us for many years and is a valued and trusted part of the household.
