Your Role:

As a Fitness Instructor at The Method Gym, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging group fitness classes
• Set up and clear the studio before/after sessions
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Motivate and guide members throughout their sessions
• Assist with member retention through excellent service
• Help build a supportive, team-based training environment
• Get involved in our growing community through social and fitness events

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification preferred
• Experience in teaching powerlifting and Olympic lifting preferable but not essential
• Experience or interest in Hyrox or other fitness competitions a plus
• Passionate about functional fitness and helping people succeed
• Must be available to work at least one morning a week (6–10:30am) and one weekend morning on a fortnightly rota
• Positive, team-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
