Bid Management Specialist (Sales Excellence)
Job Description
Role : Bid Management Specialist (Sales Excellence) Location: London (Hybrid) Career Level: 9 Role: As a Sales Excellence Bid Management Specialist, you guide deal teams through the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from early opportunity identification to client submissions, presentations, and final contracting. You connect people and ideas and navigate diverse teams. You keep spirits high while staying focused on details, spotting risks early, and aligning expertise to develop winning, value-creating bids. Responsibilities:- Support deal leadership in setting up and facilitating win-strategy sessions for specific bids
- Assemble and coordinate the team of experts required to develop a compelling client offer
- Define, validate, communicate, and drive the pursuit milestone timeline and workplan across all workstreams
- Plan and coordinate timely, compliant client submissions and presentations
- Track priorities, risks, and mitigations while facilitating communication - often across virtual, distributed teams -to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective decision-making
- Contribute to both client and Accenture success by enabling strong collaboration and outcomes
- Engage in continuous learning and actively build your network and business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
- Mid-level experience in sales, bid management, proposal management, or other project-based work
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with sales and negotiation fundamentals, including pipeline management, competitive positioning, relationship strategy, deal shaping, or financial modelling
- Supports less experienced team members when needed
- Understanding of core concepts in outsourcing, business process services, or technology areas such as Cloud, Security, or emerging tech platforms and trends
