MEP Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing project delivery team working across major developments in London. This is a roaming role, supporting multiple live projects, with an immediate focus on high-profile data centre schemes at Union Park and Alliance Park.

The Role:

* Support project teams with MEP planning, coordination, and delivery

* Oversee MEP subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained

* Collaborate with project leads to manage programme, cost, and risk associated with MEP works

* Provide technical guidance and act as a subject matter expert across multiple projects

* Ensure all Operatives are put to work safely with daily briefings

* Supervision of all direct labour and co ordinate the activities of all trades and disciplines

* Regular site visits to Union Park and Alliance Park with the flexibility to support other projects as needed

Requirements:

* Strong background in MEP project management with a minimum of 8 years' experience

* HNC or equivalent in Construction

* Proven track record delivering large-scale projects, ideally including data centres or similarly complex schemes

* Excellent technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems

* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external contractors

* Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple sites
