Senior Management Accountant - 6 Month Contract

Your new role
This is a 6-month fixed-term Senior Management Accountant role created to support the finance function through a period of investor-related change. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of core management accounting for defined business units across a multi-site estate.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear commentary and insight
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles, including reforecasts and long-range planning
• Detailed variance analysis and performance tracking across multiple sites
• Business partnering with operational leaders to support informed decision-making
• Supporting senior finance leadership with ad hoc analysis and investor-facing requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting, controls and finance processes

This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a key part in a high-profile phase for the business.
What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified profile essential (CAANZ / ACA / ACCA)
• Multisite experience preferable (hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer environments advantageous)
• Confident producing management accounts end-to-end, including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership
• Immediately available (or short notice) and able to commit to a fixed-term contract
