Reporting to the Global Head of CIB Marketing Planning and Performance, you will ensure our marketing programmes align with business priorities and drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in data-driven strategy and cross-functional execution.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Manager, CIB Marketing Strategy & Performance.
In this role, you will:
- Lead strategy and planning process for CIB Marketing, aligning with business goals and growth opportunities, and translating business objectives into prioritised marketing initiatives with clear investment and resource plans.
- Set and track marketing OKRs, foster a performance-driven culture, promote best practices and tools, and equip teams with data and insights for effective marketing execution.
- Prepare analysis and presentations with a focus on strategic and data storytelling, and provide regular marketing updates to senior executives.
- Manage governance and operational rhythm of the team, including managing QBRs (internal and external), team all-hands, learning agenda, people committees, leadership meeting agenda setting and facilitation.
- Partner with Regional/Global marketing leaders and business stakeholders to support strategic alignment, and assist in developing strategy and business cases for new marketing initiatives.
- Oversee special marketing projects, encourage innovative approaches to marketing, and identify and mitigate potential risks in marketing strategies and programmes.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in complex organizations, collaborating across business and marketing leadership.
- Strong understanding of CIB, including products & services and client segments.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Extreme attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipate needs and solve problems.
This is a hybrid role with a London base.
