The successful Maths Teacher will teach students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping pupils develop secure mathematical knowledge and the confidence to apply it to increasingly challenging problems.

You will cover core areas including number, algebra, geometry, statistics, ratio and proportion, while developing students' mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills. At GCSE, you will support students with examination preparation and help them develop the ability to explain their methods clearly.

Lessons should be structured, purposeful and accessible, with appropriate challenge for students working at different levels. The school is looking for a teacher who can identify misconceptions quickly and use assessment to adapt their teaching.
