HR Administrator | Hackney Secondary School (ASAP start)
We are working with a vibrant and diverse secondary school in Hackney seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator. This school is at the heart of the East London community, offering a collaborative environment for those passionate about educational operations.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance: Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure absolute safeguarding compliance.
Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, from posting adverts to coordinating interview days.
Data Integrity: Using the school’s MIS (SIMS/Arbor) to maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant personnel files.
Absence Tracking: Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating return-to-work documentation.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
