• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to secure buy in and champion AI initiatives
• Create and run workshops, training programmes, hackathons and digital content that bring AI learning to life

• Partner with the AI Products team to encourage an AI ready workplace and nurture communities of practice
• Define and track measures of adoption, business benefit and value created through AI initiatives
• Support teams through change, helping manage resistance and embedding new ways of working in partnership with HR
• Develop clear communication materials including videos, case studies and presentations that showcase AI success stories and highlight champions across the business

• Strong understanding of AI concepts with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
• Hands on experience with AI tools and cloud platforms
• A track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programmes
• Experience of change management and organisational transformation
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve outcomes
• Retail or consumer industry experience would be an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• AI certifications beneficial
