Job Overview
As Chef Manager, you'll take charge of the kitchen operation, combining hands-on cooking with leadership and strategic oversight. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals, managing the catering team, and ensuring compliance-all while creating a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Lead the preparation and service of fresh, nutritious meals with creativity and flair Manage kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and allergen regulations Motivate and develop your team, acting as a role model and brand ambassador Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction 🧠 What You'll Need:
Strong experience in catering or kitchen management, ideally within education or contract catering Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively A Food Safety Level 2 certificate (training available if needed) Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and operational best practices A friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering great food and service 🎁 Why Join Us:
