Do you dream of a role leading creative services? We are looking for a Creative Manager to join us! You’ll play an important role in ensuring all design output is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned to the brand identity.

Reporting to the Creative Lead , the Creative Manager leads the Creative Services graphics team. This role is responsible for managing the graphics function - overseeing workload, quality control, and team development - while being hands-on in the seasonal campaign planning and in-season execution across marketing, ecommerce and retail touchpoints.

You’ll ensure that campaign concepts are translated effectively into cohesive, commercially strong creative assets across all channels whilst also doing the doing and contributing heavily to team output.

A peek into your daily adventures:

Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Lead and manage the Graphics team, setting clear priorities and maintaining high creative standards

  • Oversee day-to-day workflow, scheduling and resourcing to ensure deadlines are met

  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting progression and performance

  • Ensure consistent quality control across all design output

Seasonal Campaign Support

  • Deliver the development of seasonal campaign creative alongside the Creative Lead

  • Translate campaign concepts into cohesive graphic systems across all channels

  • Deliver in planning key seasonal launches and ensure timely in-season asset delivery

  • Work closely with the Creative Lead and studio teams to ensure visual alignment

In-Season Execution

  • Oversee the rollout of campaign and trade updates across digital, print and retail, while also getting involved in day to day designing

  • Ensure ecommerce, CRM, paid media, VM assets and packaging are delivered accurately and on time

  • Manage versioning, resizing and asset adaptation efficiently

Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Uphold and protect the brand identity across all creative outputs

  • Ensure a consistent visual handwriting across customer touchpoints

  • Maintain brand guidelines and evolve them where required

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Ecommerce and VM teams to deliver commercially effective creative

  • Balance brand ambition with trade priorities

  • Support senior stakeholders with creative solutions that meet business needs

Hands-On Design

  • Contribute directly to design projects as part of the delivery of the team

  • Develop layouts, campaign assets, digital graphics, window materials and packaging

  • Ensure creative ideas are executed accurately and to brand standard

Skills that make you shine:

  • Proven experience managing a graphics or design team with 10 years experience

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign rollout and brand execution across digital and print

  • Experience supporting seasonal campaign planning and trade execution

  • Strong hands-on design capability (Adobe Creative Suite essential)

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-focused with strong quality control instincts

  • Commercially aware and solutions-driven
