We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer with animation skills who has an eagle eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our team of creatives to conceptualise, design, and deliver engaging visual content across both print and digital platforms. From brochures and social media campaigns to animated assets and video edits, this is a varied role that blends traditional design with motion and multimedia.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic multitasker who is excited to grow their skills in both graphic design and animation within a supportive and friendly in-house team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Create high-quality visuals for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
• Design and animate engaging motion graphics and short-form video content for online platforms, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Maintain and enhance our brand identities, ensuring all creative work is consistent and on-brand.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (and other relevant tools) to produce both static and animated content.
• Develop and design email marketing templates, digital banners, and campaign visuals.
• Support video editing, animations and multimedia production for marketing initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life across channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Support the studio team on day-to-day design needs while contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects, Premiere Pro and ideally Figma
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrable experience or interest in motion design/animation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing both graphic design and animation/motion work.
