The Role

Working as part of a busy dispensing team, you will support patients throughout their visit and help ensure the practice runs smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
• Supporting dispensing and taking measurements
• Pre-screening and basic clinical support
• Handling collections, fittings, and adjustments
• Managing appointments and reception duties
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
• Delivering excellent customer service consistently
• Working closely with the wider practice team
