Location: London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: £15.68 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in a busy corporate staff dining environment in London. This role is perfect for someone with strong contract catering or high-volume kitchen experience who enjoys working to high standards in a professional setting. As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key part in delivering quality food and service across breakfast, lunch, and hospitality.

You’ll be responsible for running your section efficiently, ensuring consistency, presentation, and food safety are maintained at all times. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, you’ll contribute to a smooth daily service and a positive customer experience. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled chef who enjoys being part of a supportive team but can also work independently when required.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in contract catering, staff dining, or high-volume environments

• Confident in managing your section and maintaining consistent standards

• Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, and allergen management

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

• A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on teamwork and quality
