Religious Education Teacher
You would be working in a successful Humanities department teaching Religious Education across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is passionate about encouraging students to think critically about ethical, philosophical and social issues while developing a strong understanding of a range of religious and non-religious worldviews.
Students are encouraged to engage in thoughtful discussion, independent enquiry and analytical writing. Lessons are designed to challenge students intellectually while promoting respect, tolerance and cultural understanding.
The department works collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to contribute positively to enrichment opportunities, intervention programmes and wider school activities.
The School provides excellent CPD opportunities, strong support for ECTs and clear progression pathways for experienced teachers. Staff wellbeing and professional development are highly valued across the wider school community.
