General Practice Nurse position

Job Title: General Practice Nurse – Dagenham East
Location: Dagenham East
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
A well established GP surgery in Dagenham East is seeking a General Practice Nurse to strengthen its nursing team. You will work alongside GPs, ANPs and healthcare assistants delivering the full range of practice nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Run chronic disease clinics including asthma, COPD, diabetes and hypertension.
- Deliver childhood and adult immunisations and travel vaccinations.
- Carry out cervical screening and wound care.
- Provide health promotion and lifestyle advice.
- Maintain accurate records on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
