The Role

We are looking for motivated  Photo Sales Hosts  on a casual basis, who will be providing exceptional experiences for our supporters along our stadium tour route and museum.  

You will capture photos, produce quality photos in photo books and subsequently sell those photo books to our guests whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience as the face of our club.

Rate of pay: London Living Wage.

Your day-to-day

  • Shoot high quality photos - you will be skilled to shoot high quality photos with minimal editing by capturing every guest and ensuring they meet photo composition standards

  • Drive sales and upselling opportunities - you’ll actively sell and upsell products by engaging with customers in a confident, friendly way and recommending products that meet their needs

  • Edit, print and pack photos - you will be enthused to deliver in a timely manner ensuring all photos are cut cleanly

  • Deliver excellent customer service - you'll confidently provide a world-class supporter experience through interacting in a proactive, friendly and enthusiastic manner

  • Champion our products - you will become an expert of all tour and photo products, areas of the stadium, and experiences

 

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a retail based role - you thrive when you're delivering amazing experiences at a visitor attraction or in a front line, customer facing role

  • Confident communicator - you've got a natural passion for providing an engaging service to all visitors in our stores

  • Passionate teamplayer - you pride yourself on your ability to go the extra mile for your colleagues

  • Flexibility - you're a reliable individual who is able to work flexibly across the week, including evenings, weekends and during peak holiday periods

  • True ambassador for our club - you have a willingness to develop expert knowledge about our club and history 

  • You must be 18 years of age on/by 23rd February 2026 in order to apply for these positions
