Senior Site Manager (London)

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Site Based.

Location: Site Based
Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading the day-to-day construction of assigned projects valued up to £7m. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders whilst making a real impact on projects that matter to communities across the region.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and to the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders. Your day to day will include:

• Leading and motivating site operational staff to ensure safe, quality delivery of construction projects
• Managing procurement, installation and commissioning activities to meet programme and budget requirements
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Implementing project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health, safety and environmental policies
• Planning and coordinating operational resources to maximise customer satisfaction and project profitability

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:

• You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification, with proven experience in a site management role
• You're working towards or hold professional membership (CIOB, RICS or similar)
• You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build collaborative relationships
• You have a sound understanding of construction methods, health and safety management, and design and build processes
• You're IT competent with knowledge of planning techniques and relevant software
