Location – London, EC1M 6DW (Hybrid)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit an Administrator to provide administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for any internal and external requests. You will carry out a number of tasks with excellent customer service along with a proactive work ethic in order to ensure the administrative function is professional, queries are efficiently resolve and deadlines are met.
As administrator you will provide a full administration service including processing purchase orders & invoices, record keeping and checking on progression of works. You will also produce reports, and be responsible for general office activities such as greeting guests, room bookings etc. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job such as administering payroll and HR information in order to support your manager, your team and our clients.
As an Apleona Administrator, we’re looking for:
- Experience of providing administrative support to a team
- Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Attention to detail and works accurately
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of up to £33,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
