As a Contract Manager at Hyde, you’ll work within our Real Estate and Facilities function to ensure Hyde’s interests are protected in relation to leasehold and management agreements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and upholding high standards of property management across our leasehold portfolio.
Key Duties
- Analyse leasehold and management agreements between Hyde and freeholders or managing agents, highlighting key terms and obligations.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and performance against agreed service levels and standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure maintenance and repairs meet required standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freeholders, managing agents, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.

As a Contract Manager (Leasehold Buildings), we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in contract management, within the housing or property management sector.
- Strong understanding of leasehold agreements and property management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and identify key obligations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple agreements and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to leasehold agreements and property management.
